LANGUAGE OF THE FEET

My medical background and initial scepticism blinded me to the tremendous potential of reflexology and the feet. This cynicism served me well. I questioned, questioned, questioned. Soon after channelling through the ‘Universal Approach to Feet’ in 1989, I was entrusted with future Universal Insights that soon became known as the Language of the Feet’ – now known by many as ‘Foot Reading’. The vision came through whilst listening to Lazarus’s tapes on Chakras That was in 1991

It soon became evident that there is so much more to feet than first meets the eye!  Not only do they have the remarkable ability to adapt to life’s ups and downs, but through their ever changing characteristics the soles – S-O-L-E-S – reflect the state and potential of the soul – S-O-U-L.

Taking this a step further, feet speak a very clear language of their own – understanding this language allows for early detection of uneasy emotions long before they outwardly manifest as physical dis-ease.  Marks and impressions, combined with other characteristics such as shapes, colouring, skin conditions, markings and the angles of the feet – when walking, standing, sitting or lying – provide valuable clues as to the direction of the mind and whether making the body feel easy or uneasy.

Furthermore, with the toes reflecting the brain, the impact of the multi-dimensional  workings of the mind can be determined to reveal thoughts. The shape of the toes show how concepts take shape, whilst the stature displays the confidence in facing the world and standing up to personal ideas. Soles, on the other hand, reveal how these ideas are put into practice.

Instead of being soul destroyed through lack of faith in our abilities and instead of finding life a series of disappointments, a worthwhile direction is discovered through the feet. Personal accomplishments boost self esteem making individuals feel better and worthwhile, giving value to one’s purpose in life.

The language of the feet offers every practitioners of complementary healing deeper insight and understanding for the sensitive adaptation and application of all healing therapies so that individual needs are met.

I was requested never to franchise or copyright any of this Divine Knowledge so that it could spread freely with LOVE.

Health, the natural state of mind, body and soul, is only two feet away!

Passed from generation to generation, reflexology is an ancient, non-invasive therapy with countless interpretations and numerous approaches – yet all effectively meet the ever-changing myriad of human requirements. This most proficient and effective healing tool – along with compassion and encouragement it engenders – is required now – more than ever – with so much abuse and trauma.

Privileged to channel through the all-embracing gentler Universal Approach to Reflexology in 1988 many complained – yes complained – that they got better too quickly! In those days more time was required to process! Now, with energies speeding up – along with the urge for instant gratification – this Divine Approach is coming into its own. As the feet are gently encompassed through a light yet thorough and highly effective massage – mind, body and soul are lovingly nurtured.

Meanwhile bodily parts harmonise and are encouraged to return to peak performance. During the hour-long massage, the client drifts into a blissfully deep relaxation – known as the alpha state of consciousness – also attained through meditation and prayer – creating the most favourable internal environment for natural healing.  Pent-up tension gradually seeps from the body to be replaced by essential life force energies. As these are liberally distributed throughout, body’s cells become restored and rejuvenated – literally brought back to life. With millions of worn out cells being replaced every second, new lively cells can grow and develop in a now naturally healthy environment.

Once free from the depths of depression, confused thoughts and entrapped emotions, it is possible to stand on one’s own two feet. With renewed enthusiasm it is so much easier to confidently step ahead joyfully fulfilling the soul’s purpose on the earth plane. The sense of achievement continually stimulates and recharges body, mind and soul – essential for self–acceptance, self-empowerment and increased immunity. Taking reflexology a step further is the Language of the Feet. Through insights gained from understanding the myriad of messages so clearly displayed on the feet, the richness of life’s experiences can be enjoyed to the full.

Feet play a meaningful role in our journey through life and have done so ever since humans first set foot on earth. Their condition reveals the amount of security, stability and mobility available for personal growth and development, whilst their ever-changing characteristics reveal individual perceptions, as well as deep-seated soul needs and undeveloped potential.

As the ‘spokespersons’ of the body, they contain the biography of a person’s life – along with the amount of progress according to personal attitude, vitality and overall well-being. Instantly mirroring every thought and emotion onto the soles, the state of ease or dis-ease within the soul is displayed. It is these that determine the degree of flexibility, the amount of resilience and the level of tolerance in being able to deal with life’s ups and downs.

The impact of distressing concepts, uneasy feelings and overwhelming situations are highlighted on the feet, as a warning, long before there is physical or chemical havoc within the body – in the hope that appropriate action will be taken for homeostasis to be regained. It is only when these signals are overlooked or ignored that anguish and despair are revealed outwardly as symptoms of pain, anxiety, depression and ultimately dis-ease. With every organ and gland of the body being reflected in the feet in miniature, the condition of each reflex, its vibrancy, colour and skin texture, reveals the Soul’s ability to function efficiently and effectively. For example; hyperactivity – too much energy – results in the related  reflex swelling, whereas hypoactivity – a lack of energy – or the need for space – drains the affected part of its stamina causing the corresponding reflex – both are drawing a desperate need for attention Skin characteristics on the feet reveal the degree of pliability, vulnerability and sensitivity of specific areas, whilst the many different colours match fluctuating moods.

Varying temperatures, due to fluctuating blood flow to the feet, reveal individual temperaments. For instance, feet burn with rage  when heated emotions get the ‘upper hand’. Cold feet, on the other hand, are fearful and reserved causing withdrawal so that a comfortable distance can be maintained from undesirable situations.  Insights gained from baring the SOLES reveal vital clues as to the state of the soul, S-O-U-L and  its innate needs . Knowledge that can be used effectively and sensitively as a means of preventing dis-ease and in the maintenance of health.

For those in the healing profession, these observations provide essential guidelines in determining the most beneficial therapy required by an individual. This is why reflexology is one of the most effective forms of healing and has stood the test of time for many centuries in various cultures and religions worldwide. The feet are ideal bases from which to regain balance and inner harmony.
